The study looked at the costs of growing soybeans in Wardha district. They selected 120 farmers from different villages and classified them by farm size. The cost of cultivation per hectare varied for small, medium, and large farmers. The B:C ratio, which compares the benefits to the costs, was 1:1.48 overall.
