New herbicide combo boosts chickpea yield and profits significantly!
A study tested different herbicides on chickpea growth and yield. The best results came from using pendimethalin and imazethapyr together before and after chickpea emergence. This treatment led to taller plants, more branches, and higher yields of pods and seeds. It also increased seed and stalk yield, resulting in better profits for farmers. The combination of pendimethalin and imazethapyr at specific doses showed the most effective and economically feasible results for chickpea cultivation.
