Boost Late Sown Wheat Yields with Integrated Nutrient Management Techniques!
The researchers studied how different types of fertilizers affect the growth and yield of late-sown wheat. They tested nine treatments using vermicompost, farmyard manure (FYM), and chemical fertilizers on wheat crops over two years. The best results were seen with a combination of chemical fertilizers and vermicompost, which produced the highest grain yield. The straw yield also improved significantly with this combination. Overall, using a mix of chemical fertilizers and organic materials like vermicompost can help increase wheat yield, even when sown late in the season.
