Optimizing Phosphorus and Sulphur Levels Boosts Indian Mustard Yield and Profit.
A study was conducted to see how different levels of phosphorus and sulfur affect the growth, yield, and economics of Indian mustard plants. They found that using higher amounts of phosphorus and sulfur resulted in taller plants, more seeds per plant, and higher seed and stover yields. The best results were seen with 60 kg of phosphorus and 40 kg of sulfur per hectare. These levels also led to higher oil content in the seeds. Overall, using these specific levels of nutrients can increase the productivity and profitability of Indian mustard crops.
