Optimizing Potassium and Sulphur Levels Boosts Groundnut Yield and Quality
The study looked at how potassium and sulphur affect the nutrient content, quality, and yield of summer groundnut plants. Different levels of potassium and sulphur were tested, and it was found that applying 45 kg of potassium per hectare led to the highest uptake of nutrients, oil yield, and protein yield in the groundnut plants. Additionally, applying 40 kg of sulphur per hectare resulted in the highest pod and haulm yields. Overall, the research showed that proper levels of potassium and sulphur can significantly improve the growth and productivity of summer groundnut crops.
