Boosting NPK Fertilization Leads to Larger, Sweeter Cherry Tomatoes!
A study looked at how different levels of N, P, and K fertilizers affect the yield and quality of cherry tomatoes. The researchers found that using 125% of the recommended NPK dose resulted in the highest fruit, shoot, and root dry matter yields. This treatment also led to larger fruits, higher fruit weight, and higher sugar content compared to not using any fertilizers. Additionally, more fruits per cluster, more clusters per plant, and more fruits per plant were produced with the higher NPK dose.
