The study looked at how small businesses in Depok City can improve their innovation through partnerships between the public and private sectors. The researchers found that current partnerships focus more on providing infrastructure and short-term income, rather than helping SMEs innovate. To ensure long-term success, these partnerships should offer more technical support to help SMEs add value to their products and services.
