This research looked at how happy customers are and how likely they are to stay with telecom companies in Nepal. They surveyed 500 customers in five districts and found that most customers are satisfied and likely to stick with their current provider. Factors like product quality, price, service, and staff attitude all play a big role in keeping customers happy and loyal. This shows that telecom companies in Nepal need to focus on keeping their customers happy to stay successful in a competitive market.
