A study was done to see how well different types of brinjal plants grow and produce fruit in Himachal Pradesh. They tested 50 types and found that some produced more fruit per plant than others. The best ones were PBH-3, PBHR-42, SR-312, Punjab Barsati, UHF BRL-4, and SR-333.
