Participative and transactional leadership styles boost employee performance in banks
Leadership styles can affect how well employees perform at work. A study in a bank in Botswana looked at three types of leadership styles: participative, transformational, and transactional. They found that using participative and transactional leadership styles helped improve employee performance. However, the transformational leadership style didn't have a significant impact. This study helps us understand how different leadership styles can influence how well employees do their jobs in the banking sector.
