The study looked at how emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior affect organizational commitment among lecturers in Indonesia. They found that emotional intelligence and job satisfaction positively impact organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment. Organizational citizenship behavior also has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Additionally, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction influence organizational commitment through organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating factor.
