The article discusses how Human Resource Management is crucial for the success of small and medium enterprises in Kosovo. The researchers surveyed 50 SME managers to understand how employee performance impacts productivity. They found that organizational productivity heavily relies on employee performance, with the most common appraisal system being the control system. This study highlights the importance of managing employees effectively to ensure the success of businesses in Kosovo.
