The public sector has changed a lot in recent years, moving away from traditional bureaucratic models towards new ways of working and measuring success. This shift, known as the new public management (NPM) movement, has brought about changes in how public organizations operate and are managed. By looking at the evolution of the public sector and comparing different perspectives, new challenges and approaches have emerged for improving public services.
