New checklist revolutionizes food security in preparation facilities worldwide!
Food security is crucial for eliminating hunger and improving human life quality. The ISO 22000:2005 standards focus on food safety but don't fully cover food security. A checklist was created to evaluate food security in food preparation facilities, with a focus on edible oil in Sri Lanka. This checklist considers an additional pillar of food security, which is food safety, to enhance overall food security management.
