Foliar spray boosts pomegranate yield and reduces fruit cracking dramatically!
The researchers tested different nutrients and growth regulators on pomegranate plants to see how they affected fruit cracking and yield. They found that applying urea, ZnSO4, and NAA through the leaves had a positive impact on most fruit-related measurements. The best results, including more fruits per plant, larger fruits, and higher yield, were seen with a mix of urea and ZnSO4. ZnSO4 also helped reduce fruit cracking.
