Agricultural credit helps increase food production in Bangladesh by providing funds to poor farmers for agricultural inputs. A study analyzed data from 2000 to 2019 and found that agricultural credit positively impacts agricultural productivity in both the short and long term. Factors like inflation, interest rates, and government spending on agriculture also influence productivity. To boost agricultural production and economic growth in Bangladesh, it is important to increase agricultural credit.
