The researchers tested different herbicide combinations to control weeds in greengram crops during the rainy season. They found that using Pendimethalin before planting and Imazethapyr after the plants emerged was the most effective method. This combination resulted in the highest yield, net return, and cost-benefit ratio compared to other treatments. Overall, the study showed that proper weed management can significantly increase greengram production in the rainy season.
