Industrial activities polluting rivers, threatening water quality and biota survival.
Industrial activities near rivers can pollute the water, affecting its quality and harming the plants and animals that rely on it. The study looked at how industrial waste impacts the Klampok River in Semarang District. By analyzing levels of BODS, CODS, and TSS using the QUAL2KW software, researchers found that industrial activities can lead to pollution in the river, which is a source of water for people and wildlife.
