The study compared different types of Rhododendron delavayi plants to see how well they can photosynthesize. They found that some plants were better at using light and water efficiently, which helps them grow well. Two specific cultivars, Jean de Marle Montague and Bule Bell, were especially good at photosynthesis and had high potential for growth. These plants are well-suited for growing in Jiangsu Province.
