The study looked at why small and medium-sized businesses in the business services sector adopt e-commerce. They found that factors like seeing the benefits of e-commerce, having knowledge about it, and feeling pressure from competitors can influence adoption. The study used a survey to gather feedback from 110 businesses and found that the most important factor for adoption was understanding the advantages of e-commerce. This suggests that small businesses could benefit from learning more about technology and getting help to transition to online business.
