Ancient river terraces reveal prehistoric climate shifts in Sázava valley.
The article examines the terraces along the Sázava River from Vrabčí Brod to Kamenný Přívoz. Only worn-down remnants of these terraces are found in this area. The researchers compared these terraces to those along the Vltava River to determine their age. They identified terraces from different time periods, ranging from Günz 2 to Würm, in this part of the Sázava valley.
