Modular construction is a modern building method where parts are made off-site and assembled on-site. This can help reduce delays in construction projects in Malaysia. The goal of the research was to identify challenges in adopting this technology in the country. The study looked at the features of modular construction, challenges faced in other countries, and ways to encourage its use in Malaysia. The findings will help construction companies understand the obstacles and suggest strategies for embracing modular construction to advance the industry in Malaysia.
