The snowflake coral, also known as branched pipe coral, is an invasive species found in the tropical western Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean, as well as Hawaii. This coral has the ability to take over space, outcompete other marine organisms, and disrupt marine ecosystems by settling on various surfaces.
