The EU Commission has released draft guidelines to help national courts figure out how much overcharging from breaking EU antitrust laws has been passed on to indirect customers, like regular consumers. This is in line with the Damages Directive, which aims to make sure indirect customers can get compensation for antitrust law breaches.
