The study looked at how microfinance institutions in Uganda manage their money and risks. They found that managing credit risks well helps these institutions do better financially. However, whether they use more debt or equity doesn't really affect how well they do financially. So, it's important for managers to focus on preventing and controlling risks to make sure these institutions do well financially.
