Integrated Nutrient Management Boosts Wheat Yields, Transforming Food Security in Indo-Gangetic Plains
The researchers studied how different nutrient management methods affect wheat yield in the Indo-Gangetic Plains. They tested 14 treatments, including various combinations of fertilizers and bio-stimulants. The best results were seen with the treatment involving FYM, NPK, bio-fertilizer, urea, and foliar sprays, leading to the highest plant growth and yield. This approach significantly outperformed the control group with no added nutrients.
