The researchers studied how different levels of water and nutrients, along with plant growth regulators, affected the growth and yield of transplanted red gram plants. They found that using 125% of the recommended fertilizer with weekly drip irrigation led to taller plants with more branches. This method also resulted in significantly higher grain and stalk yields compared to using only 100% of the recommended fertilizer.
