Motivation Boosts Employee Performance Through Work Discipline and Engagement in Hospitals
The goal of the research was to understand how motivation affects employee performance in the financial department of a hospital. The researchers used questionnaires to collect data from 49 employees and analyzed it using a statistical method called SEM-PLS. They found that motivation has a positive impact on employee performance, work discipline, and employee engagement. Work discipline and employee engagement also play a role in improving employee performance.
