Top management support crucial for innovation efficiency in Pakistani organizations
The article explores how employees in organizations in Pakistan share knowledge to boost innovation. Factors like top management support, organizational rewards, and technology use were studied. The study found that top management support plays a crucial role in encouraging knowledge sharing. However, organizational rewards and technology use do not necessarily help in this process. Knowledge sharing processes, like donating and collecting knowledge, were found to be closely linked to organization innovation efficiency. This research offers insights for managers on how to create a culture of knowledge sharing for better innovation performance in the long term.
