The study looked at how the Transportation Ministry manages crisis communication. They used a theory called Situational Crisis Communication Theory to understand how the organization responds to crises. The research found that before a crisis, different sections of the Ministry communicate to monitor potential issues. During and after a crisis, a Crisis Communication Team was formed, making the organization more flexible and responsive. The study suggests creating a Standard Operating Procedure for crisis communication and provides guidance for both government and non-government organizations on managing crises effectively.
