Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Augmented Reality (AR) are being combined to help facility managers better manage buildings. By using AR to overlay digital information onto real buildings, managers can visualize and understand the building's systems more easily. A new system is being developed and tested in a laboratory building to see how well it works for facility management.
