Innovative banking services revolutionize customer experience and reduce costs for banks.
Customers' attitudes towards innovative banking services in public and private sector banks in Tirunelveli District were studied. The researchers focused on how services like ATMs, internet banking, and mobile banking have changed the way people do their banking. By interviewing customers from four selected banks, they found that these innovative services help banks save money and make transactions more convenient for customers. The study showed that customers are generally positive towards these new banking technologies.
