A review of 34 studies on virtual banking in Public and Private Sector Banks was conducted. The research focused on how customer satisfaction with virtual banking affects their perception of the bank's brand, value, and satisfaction with e-banking. The findings show that virtual banking is becoming increasingly important in the banking industry and has a significant impact on customer experience.
