Optimizing Fertilizer Levels Boosts Growth and Nutrient Content of Marigolds
The study looked at how nitrogen and phosphorus affect the growth and flowering of African marigold plants. Different levels of nitrogen and phosphorus were applied to see how it impacted plant height, stem diameter, flowering time, and nutrient content. The best results were seen with 100 kg of nitrogen and 50 kg of phosphorus per hectare. These levels led to the tallest plants, the most flowers, and the highest levels of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in the plants.
