A study analyzed 450 bids and found significant differences in bidding for design and construction monitoring services. There were also variations in bidding across different construction sectors like buildings, transportation, water, and infrastructure projects. Understanding these bidding behaviors can help improve the delivery of construction projects by choosing the right procurement approach.
