Controversial New Natural Law Theory Challenges Traditional Legal Interpretations
A theory of natural law should either work as expected, have the right content, or be a valid interpretation of existing natural law theories. The 'New Natural Law' theory by John Finnis does not meet these criteria and is more of a contribution to the law and morality debate rather than a true theory of natural law. This means that more work is needed to create a convincing, modern version of natural law theory.
