Land policy is crucial for urban development planning. This study looked at how regional land finance and urban planning work together. They found that current urbanization development lacks coordination between land policy and urban planning. By analyzing a small-town project, they showed that proper planning can promote functional land use. The study confirmed that well-coordinated urban planning and construction lead to successful outcomes.
