The study looked at how both government policies and company culture affect innovation in Chinese businesses. They found that a combination of supportive policies and a culture that values innovation is key to boosting innovation. Two types of innovation models were identified as most effective: one focused on values and the other on collaboration. The collaborative model was especially important for improving innovation. The study also showed that a lack of high innovation performance doesn't mean the opposite of high performance. This research helps us understand how policies and culture work together to drive innovation, and offers insights into different ways companies can improve their innovation efforts.
