The digital marketplace poses challenges for antitrust law, but changing the laws may not be the best solution. The main issue in antitrust today is that courts make it hard for people to bring cases, and proposed reforms might not help. Changing antitrust laws could take a long time to figure out, as seen with past laws. The Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvements Act of 1982 is still causing problems for consumers today.
