Kyoto Emission Targets Fail to Curb CO2 Levels in Major Countries
The study looked at whether countries meeting Kyoto emission targets reduced CO2 emissions. They analyzed Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, and Japan. Except for Great Britain, most countries did not lower emissions as a result of the targets.
