Industry has the greatest impact on organizational values, study finds.
The article explores how different factors like industry, organizational size, and age can predict the values of an organization. A new tool called the Organizational Values Questionnaire was used to study values in Estonian organizations. The study found that industry has the biggest impact on organizational values, followed by organization size. Surprisingly, organizational age did not predict values in Estonia. This suggests that organizations can shape their values to adapt and thrive in their specific environment.
