Knowledge representation is a big question in different fields like philosophy, education, language, psychology, and artificial intelligence. This paper looks at how knowledge-based systems are made in Russia and Europe. They used methods like cross-cultural content analysis to study different sources of information. They found that in Russian science, knowledge representation is linked to how we understand knowledge in our minds, while in Europe, it's seen as more practical. The research shows that combining both approaches is effective for solving the problem of knowledge representation.
