Quality service and fair prices lead to high customer satisfaction levels

Overall, these factors explain 65% of customer satisfaction at the workshop, with the remaining 35% influenced by other factors not examined in the study. This research suggests that improving service quality, setting reasonable prices, and emphasizing customer value can lead to higher levels of customer satisfaction.
