Process Modeling is a crucial tool for improving how businesses deliver products/services to customers. The goal of the study was to create a practical framework, called CEProM, to help practitioners understand and improve enterprise process modeling. The researchers developed modular parts based on real-world experience to make the framework user-friendly. This framework aims to provide a structured approach for enterprise-wide process modeling, filling a gap in existing research that often focuses on specific aspects rather than the big picture.
