The article discusses the challenges faced in creating a single currency for West Africa and proposes a new approach to achieve this goal within three years. By analyzing past failures, the paper suggests that with the commitment of member states, a new eco-currency program could be successful. This program aims to elevate the economic status of West African countries by replacing their current currencies with a stronger, unified currency.
