The study compared different types of auctions used to dissolve partnerships. Winner-bid and loser-bid auctions show bias when players act in certain ways, while average-bid auctions do not. Winner-bid auctions are more efficient than average-bid auctions, but average-bid auctions do not have the same bias as winner-bid and loser-bid auctions.
