Cosigners Slash Default Rates: Financial Game Changer in South India!
The study looked at how having cosigners can help reduce loan defaults in a South Indian financial institution. By analyzing data, the researchers found that having more cosigners can lower the chances of a borrower defaulting on a loan. In fact, having one-sixth more cosigners can decrease the likelihood of default by 7.5%. This means that having more people vouch for a borrower can make it less likely for them to miss payments.
