It highlights the economic, social, and ecological aspects of sustainable rural development and identifies current problems in Ukraine's rural areas. The paper suggests improving the state administrative system and management through legal factors and proposes directions for government support. It also explores the potential application of European experience in sustainable rural development to Ukraine.
