Services have become increasingly important in modern economies, leading to a growing interest in how innovation occurs in this sector. A recent study has identified four main types of innovation in services: science-based, problem solving, scale-oriented, and market-oriented services. This classification helps to understand how different services innovate and can be used to analyze innovation efficiency in the Czech business services sector.
