The article examines how countries in the EU are becoming more similar economically, both as a whole and within specific regions. They looked at the main sectors of each country's economy and found that they are becoming more alike. Overall, there is strong economic convergence in the EU and within different groups of countries. However, the process is more complicated when looking at regional differences within each country.
